Savilles International bring to our Landlord clients one of the most dynamic and progressively motivated Property Management companies operating in the UK today.

The above set commission rate is what Savilles Property Management will charge all Landlords during the first year. 

This is followed by a commission rate of 10%  - set for the following 4 years.

If you would like a Free, no obligation visit from one of our executive officers, who will undertake a survey of your property to ascertain either the true letting income potential, or you would like to discuss the possibility of Savilles International taking over the management of your property then please do not hesitate to contact us.

UK Services All of our customers are provided with a service that is second to none, one which is backed by 25 years experience in property management services.

EEC Services Should you have a second home anywhere within the EEC then Savilles agents in the relevant country will oversee the management of your property. (Terms and Conditions apply)

Caribbean Holiday Services Unlike any other UK property management company Savilles International are the largest independent Caribbean property management company operating in the West Indies.

Free Caribbean Holidays In return for each complete year that Savilles manage each landlords property, Savilles International will provide each landlord with a free Caribbean holiday at one of our apartments located in the West Indies, landlords who provide multiple properties for Savilles to manage will be allocated one free week holiday for each property managed. 

Shares-Units Landlords will be able to share in the long term success of Savilles Property Management company by holding share-units in the company. 

After we have been managing your property for a minimum period of 12 months we will issue you with 200 complimentary share - units of participation. 

The value of the company has been set at £1Million of which 5 million (10p share - Units of Participation) are available to Landlords who would like to hold shares in the company that is maintaining their property. (Terms and Conditions apply)

Buying a Property Prior to finalising the purchase of a proposed property for letting, Savilles will provide a detailed evaluation in order to outline the true letting income achievable.

Monthly Health checks  A Savilles visiting officer will call on your property punctually on a monthly basis to ensure that each property is kept in good order throughout the tenancy. 

Complete Interior and Exterior maintenance package

Labour Rate Charges Savilles landlords are charged just £5 per hour for the following services during the first year of accessing our property management services. This labour rate is increased by just 10% per annum over the following 4 years.

Painting and Decorating During the term of the tenancy your property can be partially or totally redecorated by our team of decorators, any other work including Guttering, Woodwork or Brickwork repairs can be undertaken. Plumbing and Electrical appliances can also be dealt with. We have our own in house qualified team of tradesmen who will deal with all unexpected emergencies within two hours of being called out. 

All completed work After work is completed, the whole area where the work has been carried out will be tidied and left in good order for the tenants.

24 Hour Answer Phone Service Both tenants and landlords will have access to our 24 hour emergency help line to ensure a prompt and efficient service is maintained at all times.
